These Terms apply to Wheelder websites, apps, checkout flows, subscriptions, and related support channels. By using a Wheelder product, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, providing accurate account information, and using Wheelder products only where you have the required rights, permissions, and lawful authority.
Early paid subscriptions will be processed through hosted checkout or payment-link flows. Where enabled and shown at checkout, payment options may include credit cards, Mastercard, debit cards, PayPal, and Affirm buy-now-pay-later options for eligible enterprise plans.
Wheelder does not store card numbers, CVC codes, PayPal credentials, Affirm credentials, or bank-card account details. Payment entry is handled through the configured payment provider's hosted checkout or secure payment link. Wheelder receives only the payment confirmation, subscription status, invoice, tax, and billing metadata needed to activate and support your subscription.
Subscription prices, renewal dates, cancellation options, taxes, and currency details are shown before checkout or in the billing portal where applicable.
You must not use Wheelder products for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, privacy-infringing, security-infringing, or rights-infringing activity. We may suspend access where we believe these Terms, payment-provider rules, or applicable law may have been violated.
Wheelder products are software tools. They do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice unless a product-specific agreement expressly says otherwise. You remain responsible for decisions made using the software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you additional rights that cannot be excluded.
